When checking out a phone number is required.

If you miss the first notice and do not edit your address, you will then get a red notice indicating that the "Selected shipping address in invalid"

To fix this error, simply click 'Edit Address'

Forgot Your Password?

Now, you do not have to wait to have your password reset for you! Go to your store website and on the home page you will find a 'Forgot password' button If you forgot your password simply click "Forgot password?" next to the LOG IN button.

Fill in your email address and click "send email"

You should get an email that says:

Clicking on the link will bring you to the password reset page. If you remember your password before you click change password, you can always click "Cancel & Return To Log In"

NOTE: If you have both a NetSuite and an SOS Store account under the same email and you reset your SOS account password netsuite.com might ask you to reset your security questions the next time you log in.
